Provides technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning, and servicing of robotic palletizing equipment.
Perform system integration and functionality testing of robotic palletizing systems within our Vancouver WA factory. Lead customer facing factory acceptance tests for assigned systems. Travel to the customers facility for system startup, commissioning, technical support, and system operation training.
