Provides technical customer service and support during the installation, commissioning and servicing of robotic palletizing equipment.
Primary responsibilities will include assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of Industrial Control Panels.
This role will provide mechanical support during the integration of robotic palletizing systems. Applicants must have proficient understanding of mechanical, electrical wiring (without power), pneumatics, and blueprint comprehension.
This person will be responsible for the design and control of robotic palletizing systems (and associated automated equipment) by completing production and R&D engineering tasks.

Directly supervising and supporting internal functions of the Service department to maximize efficiencies with our field technician activities (installation, startup, customer emergencies, scheduling, etc.)
Directly supervising and supporting warehouse staff in day-to-day activities including: improving productivity, developing onboard training programs, promoting and maintaining safety, driving project schedules, and assisting warehouse staff as needed.
